Our bespoke metal & wood combined gates are made to the highest standards and manufactured in house.
We offer many styles ranging from timber gates incorporating metal spindles, bars, finials and panels and also metal framed gates with timber cladding.
The timber infill gates we manufacture are built within a heavy box-section steel framework and can be fabricated with or without top curve/bows and decorative features.
The frames are treated first with a hot dipped galvanizing process to prevent corrosion, followed by a mordant solution/t-wash pre-etching process and finally finishing the products with a top powder coated colour of your choice. They are then clad with a variety of timber in-fills ranging from Scandinavian redwood, to hardwoods such as Iroko and kiln dried oak.
The timber can be left in either a self colour finish or protective stain to the colour of your choice. These gates are stronger, lighter and if the wood gets damaged it can easily be replaced.
If you would like to have the strength of a metal frame but the privacy of wood then this is an exceptional alternative to a wood only gate.
All our gates can have electronic openers and controls systems fitted to them enabling automatic access plus giving added security.
